Albert is a CNRS post-doctoral research associate currently working at the Ism2 within the TWISTAR project. He obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Girona in January 2020, where he worked on the experimental and theoretical study of rhodium-catalyzed cyclization processes, mainly applied to the functionalization of fullerenes. As a post-doc in Aix Marseille Université, his research interests focus on the synthesis and functionalization of highly distorted chiral nanographenes, as well as the study of their properties by computational means.
